Tasting Notes: Strawberry, lemon custard and white flower
In southern Ethiopia, the Uraga washing Station lies just outside of a small village called Haro Wachuis within the Guji area of Sidama. Over the years the area has gained recognition for producing exceptional coffee and has outturned many of the most sought-after microlots in the world. The combination of elevation, which ranges from 2250-2300 MASL, prolific soil, steady precipitation and a wealth of expertise among local producers contribute to the high status of Sidama coffees. This natural-processed Bourbon varietal coffee makes for an uncommon and delightfully refined cup.
