Tasting Notes: Toffee and Lemon
This coffee is grown in the Huila Region of Colombia from various smallholder farmers. The Huila region of Colombia is known for its rich volcanic soil as it sits near the Nevado del Huila Volcano. This and the lush climate provide the perfect location to grow specialty coffee. This coffee undergoes a washed decaffeination process that eliminates the caffeine but allows the rich flavor profile to remain.
