This yellow honey processed coffee is grown in the El Balsamo Quetzaltepec region of El Salvador known to produce coffees with big body and medium acidity. The farm is located on the slope of Volcan Santa Ana and is owned by two high school friends who grew up on their families' coffee farms and decided to start their own farm and continue the coffee legacy with children of their own.
