The Carmo de Minas region of Brazil is where this pulped natural process coffee is grown. The pulped natural process was invented in Brazil twenty years ago and is a mix between a washed and a natural process. The skin is pealed off and the coffee cherry is then left to dry with the pulp still intact. This creates a coffee with the body of a natural process and the complexity and sweetness of a washed process.
